似曾相似!?  係啊,之前寫個這間 “盎仔雞” 啦,上次係台中食,原來係高雄又有!

其實,這個方法同屋企整燒雞,不是一樣嗎?

首先,寸好只雞。之後放入oven….

燒完后,放油。。。。 就得喇!

不過,點解人地整得好味好多呢?雞肉保持得又多汁,一點都唔干!莫非,有秘訣!?
