台灣其實不只得“士林夜市”,“永康路”,等等。。  其實台灣很大啊,駕車自由行就會感受到!

而係台灣試過自駕游的朋友,就應該試過“盎仔雞“喇!

香港的朋友應該是過燒鵝,對嗎?其實盎仔雞係用同一方法,來燒熟只雞而已!

遠睇師傅,還以爲是燒鵝呢!

Ta-da, 傑作就係度啦!係咪好似燒鵝呢!原來用這個方法煮雞,會燒得肉質好軟,好juicy ga!
